In life there comes a time when you want to buy a new Flat Screen TV. When that time comes you would probably choose between LCD, LED and Plasma TV. Well today I’m going to talk about Flat Screen LCD vs Plasma TV. Plasma TV is good when it comes to contrast ratio and the ability to render deep blacks. Also Plasma TV has more color depth, ability to track motion better and when it comes to bigger sizes the Plasma TV has better ability compared to LCD. LCD on the other hand has better lifetime (they don’t burn down like Plasmas), less screen glare, better functionality and in well lit rooms LCD looks better. LCD TV also runs on much cooler temperature and generates less heat thus taking less power. When I had to choose between LCD or Plasma, then I would definitely choose LCD. It’s cheaper and it has better color.
